What we collect when you visit, who receives it, and how to turn any of it off.

Last updated: August 2026

The short version

This site has no contact form and no login. If you never book a call, the only information we receive about you is what the analytics and visitor identification tools below collect - and none of those run until you accept them.

Decline the cookie banner and we load no analytics and no visitor identification. Everything still works. You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Who we are

Full Send LLC ("Full Send", "we", "us") operates this website. You can reach us about anything on this page at info@fullsendagency.co, or by post at Full Send LLC, P.O. Box 347, Winston-Salem, NC 27373.

For visitors in the UK and EEA, Full Send is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Booking a call. Our scheduling page embeds Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email address, time zone and anything you type into the booking questions, and it passes that to us so we can hold the meeting.
  • Emailing us. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically, once you have accepted it:

  • Usage data. Which pages you viewed and in what order, roughly how long you stayed, what site or search sent you, and your device, browser and language. Google Analytics derives an approximate location from your IP address; we do not receive your full IP address from it.
  • Company identification. Apollo.io compares your IP address against its business database to guess which company you are visiting from, and records which pages that company read. It is intended to identify organisations rather than individuals, but an IP address is personal data, so we treat this as personal data throughout.
  • Advertising signals. If you accept marketing cookies, Google may use your visit to build advertising audiences, which is what lets us show ads to people who have already been here.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not ask for special category data (health, biometrics, political or religious views, and so on). Please do not send it to us.

Cookies and similar storage

Nothing in the two optional groups below is set until you accept it. If you decline, or if you accept and later change your mind, we delete the first-party entries we can reach and stop the tools that create them.

  • Strictly necessary, always on. A single entry that remembers your cookie choice so you are not asked again on every page. It stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics cookies that tell one browser from another and follow the current visit. They expire after roughly a year.
  • Marketing, only if you accept. An anonymous Apollo identifier that ties your page views together for company identification, and Google cookies that connect a visit to an ad click and build advertising audiences. These last from about three months to roughly a year.

Some of the marketing cookies are set on Google's own domain rather than ours, so switching marketing off here stops them being created but does not delete existing ones. Your browser settings and Google's ad settings can clear those.

Pages with an embedded video load the player from Wistia, and our fonts come from Adobe Fonts. Both receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the file, which is unavoidable for any file loaded from another domain.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To run the site and remember your cookie choice. Necessary for a service you asked for, and the basis is our legitimate interest in the site working.
  • To understand which pages are worth keeping. Analytics, used only with your consent.
  • To see which companies are reading, and to reach out to them. Company identification and advertising audiences, used only with your consent.
  • To answer you and hold booked meetings. Necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Withdrawing does not affect anything already done while consent was in place.

Who receives your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use the following providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under its own terms:

  • Google (Analytics and Ads) - usage measurement and advertising audiences.
  • Apollo.io - company identification, and the outbound tooling our team works from.
  • Calendly - scheduling, when you book a call.
  • Wistia - video hosting and play statistics on pages with video.
  • Adobe Fonts - serves the typefaces this site is set in.
  • Our website hosting and email providers, which necessarily process traffic and messages to deliver them.

Sharing data with advertising and identification partners can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under US state privacy laws such as the CCPA. Declining marketing cookies, or using the Cookie settings link to turn them off later, is how you opt out.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Where your information goes

Full Send is based in the United States and our providers are largely US companies, so information collected here is processed in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, our providers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.

How long we keep it

Analytics and identification data is kept for as long as the relevant provider's retention setting allows, and no longer than we have a reason to keep it. Enquiries, booked calls and the correspondence around them are kept for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and legal record-keeping.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your data.

Write to info@fullsendagency.co and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not treat you any differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Two things you can do without asking us: use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change what is allowed, and install Google's browser opt-out add-on to block Google Analytics everywhere.

Children

This site sells video production to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we add or change a tool that handles your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. When a change materially affects what you agreed to, we reset the cookie banner so you are asked again rather than quietly carried over.
